This week you get to learn about a great fall “flower” ok it’s not really a flower, but it sure is cute!
Hypericum
Hypericum is also known as St. John’s Wort, or most commonly as Coffee Berry. It is available all year and can be Pink, Red, Burgundy (pictured) , Peach, Orange, Green, or Brown. Clusters of berries grow on woody, branching stems. Coffee Berry is most commonly used in the fall, but it is very versatile because of the its colors. The burgundy and brown are most popular for Autumn, the bright red is great for Christmas, and the pink/peach and green can be used in the spring. The berries also look great floating in the water of a vase arrangement. Meaning: Animosity
